Dr. Bushra Naz is a Ph. D. in Psychology and has more than fifteen years of experience as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. Further, she has taught at some of the most prestigious institutes in Pakistan. Her expert areas are clinical psychology, psychometrics, therapeutic intervention, research, counselling and guidance and research and development. Her work has got recognition in the academic as well as the professional community. Many of her research projects were published in national as well as international research journals. She also has participated in and presented numerous research papers at national and international research conferences.
She is a certified trainer for capacity-building programs as well as a certified clinical psychologist. She completed numerous projects with international as well as national donor agencies like UNICEF and philanthropy involving local industries.
She developed indigenous psychometrics and further adapted foreign psychometric scales while establishing the properties of foreign scales. Her work on psychometrics led her to develop Psy-Matrix®, which can help your organization and its people reach their maximum potential. She can also screen out mental health problems among the people of any organization and provide mental health counselling. Mind and Work is a collaboration between a team of experts with high potential from different areas who can provide assessment, organizational development and capacity-building of soft skills to any organization.
